Please note that the conditions for all return requests are as ‏follows: - Item/s returned within 3 days of delivery in order to be eligible for refund or exchange for store credit. - Exchange item/s will receive a store credit voucher to the same account/email the initial order was placed on. - Item/s unworn, unwashed and in the original garment ‏ packaging with tags attached. - Swimwear tried on over underwear for sanitary reasons and the hygiene sticker is not tampered with. - Item/s not purchased on sale or discount. All items purchased on SALE are not eligible for return/refund/store credit. - One complimentary exchange item pick up per order withi in the KUW, thereafter shipping costs are covered by the customer. - Return for refund shipping costs are covered by the customer. - All international return shipping costs are covered by the ‏customer. - All costs related to shipping/duties/taxes are nonrefundable. - Items bought as sets are only eligible for return as a set.
